There are 3 ways to enroll your child in Dizzy’s Tumblebus:

1. You may complete our online registration form below.
2. You may print out an enrollment form by clicking here and take it to your child’s school, or
3. You can fax the registration form to us at 425.458.4570.

Please note that our pricing is not the same at every school. This is due to the way we have set up our program with each school. Some schools require an administrative fee, and some are further from our home base so we require a higher price to cover the additional travel. Our prices range from $44/month to $55/month.

When you enroll your child on Dizzy’s Tumblebus they are automatically enrolled the following month unless you indicate otherwise. If you would like to disenroll your child at anytime, you must notify our office. Please do not rely on your child’s school to let us know.

All tuition payments are due by the first class of the month. If payment is not received by the 2nd class of the month you will be billed a $5 late fee.
Please remember that we will continue to bill you monthly unless you notify us that your child has disenrolled. Do not think that not paying your child’s monthly tuition is the same as disenrolling from the program.

  • I understand that my child will be automatically enrolled the following month unless I notify Dizzy's Tumblebus directly.
  • I understand that monthly payments are due by the first class of each month. If payment is not received by the 2nd class of the month a $5.00 late fee will be assessed on any payment made after the first class of each month.
  • Dizzy's Tumblebus allows two excused absences per year. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Dizzy's Tumblebus office prior to my child's absence or I will not be entitled to any credit for the absence. Two excused absences allowed annually.
  • I understand that I can withdraw my child at any time and I am only responsible for paying the current month's tuition when I disenroll.
  • I understand that a risk is involved with participation in gymnastics and related activities which requires adherence to all rules of Dizzy's Tumblebus.

By submitting this online registration form, I release Dizzy's Tumblebus, its officers, instructors and coaches, and the daycare facility associated from all responsibilities and all claims for injuries received while participating or practicing gymnastics and its related activities.
