why
dizzy's tumblebus?
our philosophy...
Our mission is to put a smile on your child's
face. We want Dizzy's Tumblebus to be a fun, positive, and encouraging experience that helps build the children's
confidence to believe in themselves. Our reward comes from a child accomplishing something new that they never
thought they could do. When Dizzy's Tumblebus comes to your school for class, we strive to make it the children's
favorite day of the week!
our
weekly classes...
The goal of Dizzy's Tumblebus program is not to train future
gymnasts (although you never know!), but to promote each child's physical, social and emotional growth through
his or her accomplishments. We want the children to feel special and proud of each new accomplishment through positive
feedback and encouragement. Exercises are designed to build coordination, strengthen muscles and bones, develop
gross motor skills, rhythm, and improve perceptual motor skills. The children learn a simplified form of very basic
gymnastic routines and positions in a non-competitive environment. No special clothes or shoes are required! On
Dizzy's Tumblebus day parents are asked to send their child to school in comfy sweats, or t-shirt and pants (or
shorts), socks and tennies. |
